Our priority is to offer the best service to our clients so that they feel satisfied. We counted on a return policy for your benefit. Hereby, we wished to inform that returns will be strictly verified and that it is necessary to communicate first to costumer service and request return authorization RA # (Return Authorization Number). It is necessary to send a clear and detailed list of you request to return, this list must include the number of item, the type of article is (DVD, CD, TRACK, etc), the title of the product, artist and the quantity. Soon you will receive a list with the articles that can give back. It is necessary in order to accept any article that:
- · The box must be identified with the RA # assigned.
- · The accepted article list must be inside the box.
- · Must clearly identify the box with costumer number, name, address and telephone.
- · Not damaged articles must be in good condition, unopened, with our identification label.
- · Not damaged articles with your price ticket or identification label will not be accepted
- · Damaged music must be specifically identify with it’s problem
- · Damaged music will be verified, and if the product is in perfect condition, it will not be accepted
- · You have 180 days and not less than 60 days to return any article from the date of delivery
- · Articles not bought from us will not be accepted although we already distribute it
- · Special sales and special orders will not be returnable
- · Returns can not be used as payment methods
- · You are responsible of returns shipping charges
- · We are not responsible of send back to you not accepted items
- · We reserve the rights to dispose of not accepted unclaimed items after 90 days of received to our facilities.
